ANA Webinar – Food security in Aotearoa

ANA has launched a set of three issues papers: Kawea ake te wero, Enabling everyone in New Zealand to eat well, to try to answer this question. Join us as we discuss with the authors and advisors the key insights and our call to action/ kawea ake te wero.

Dr Geoff Kira (Massey University) provides an overview of food security in Aotearoa. This is a fundamental issue in the first and underpins Kawea ake te wero. Geoff will review some of the sustainable and innovative responses we are already seeing to food security. He will discuss the different possible approaches by communities and government towards greater food security.
