25 Mar Association Between Egg Consumption and Risk of Cardiovascular Outcomes: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

This systematic review and meta-analysis concluded that higher consumption of eggs (more than one egg a day) was not associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease, but was associated with a significant reduction in risk of coronary artery disease. Read research
