Findings of the Future of Food: a collaborative innovation project
This UK report is the final output of a collaborative innovation project convened by the New Citizenship Project with support from the Food Ethics Council. The Future Of Food: Beyond The Consumer was a ten month inquiry, bringing together representatives of six organisations from across the food system to explore and experiment with a new way of thinking about the challenges facing the food system.
